Trace Ergle has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 1987. She has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist and the Accredited Buyers Representative designation. She is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club with the 400 North Board of Realtors, and the RE/MAX Platinum Club. Trace has also achieved the RE/MAX Hall Of Fame Award.
For the last seven years, The Kitchens Team sold a total of $102,000,000 in sales volume. As "The Kitchens Team" in 2005, they ranked 11th in the State of Georgia for all RE/MAX realtor teams, and in the top two team positions for the past 5 years for the RE/MAX Greater Atlanta 400 Lanier office, one of the largest RE/MAX Greater Atlanta offices. They ranked 1st in the 400 North Board of Realtors which includes all four of the northern metro counties for 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, and 2005. They have achieved the Platinum level designation. A solid team since 1998, they compliment each others style of selling.

Janet, Trace, and Suzette are sisters, daughters of Reuben and Hilda Bell, natives of Atlanta. Janet is married to Walter Kitchens and has 2 grown daughters and one grandson located in the Atlanta area. She is a member of Coal Mountain Baptist Church. Trace is married to Bill Ergle and together they have 6 grown children and 13 grand children.
