Lisa and I were amazed at how many details had to be coordinated with the sale and purchase of our home! Trace and Janet together with their Customer Care Team, arranged for marketing and showings, contacted us with feedback, handled the contract negotiations, helped us work through the inspection issues, took care of the appraisal and loan problems on a Nehemiah Program for a first time homebuyer, and arranged for all the conditions to be met to get us to closing. We also got the price we needed!

They also helped us with the purchase of another home and made arrangements with sub-contractors for some extras we wanted. We were able to close the same day on both homes, preventing us from moving into temporary housing. It was a pleasant experience. We would work with them again and refer them to our family and friends.
